IMPERIAL VALLEY SYMPHONY
“The world is an orchestra, the universe is a symphony.”
― Matshona Dhliwayo

Novembrance: A Symphonic Salute
Join the Imperial Valley Symphony as they kick off their 50th season with performances of Verdi's Overture to "La Forza del Destino" followed by Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 23, featuring soloist and our conductor, Matthew Busse. This is followed by the haunting Danse Macabre by Saint Saens and featuring soloist Christina Kim followed by Leroy Anderson's Bugler's Holiday with Leo Chavez, Sal Ortiz, and Cory Fitzsimmons on trumpet. We conclude the concert with a tribute to our armed services in anticipation of Veterans Day with Morton Gould's "American Salute."
Admission is Free. Donations graciously appreciated.
