YOUNG ARTIST CONCERT
June 3, 2023

Each year at the final concert of our season, the Imperial Valley Symphony holds a Young Artist Concert which features the talents of many student musicians from around our county.

CALLING IMPERIAL VALLEY YOUNG ARTISTS

Are you an aspiring artist in the Imperial Valley who is interested in performing with the Imperial Valley Symphony?  We are currently seeking young artists that can perform a movement from a concerto with the orchestra on our June 3, 2023 concert.  You must be between the ages of 12-19 to be eligible for performance.  Those selected to perform will receive a $300.00 scholarship.

REQUIREMENTS

You must be between the ages of 12 and 19.  You must be able to perform a movement from a concerto.  While most music is accessible to the Symphony, there is some literature that is difficult to obtain for performance.  After completing the form, you will be contact if the music is inaccessible.  At that point you will be given an option to suggest an alternative selection.
If you are interested, please fill out the information below.  There is a limit to 5 student performers so each entry will be evaluated and audition required if necessary.
