The Imperial Valley Symphony is dedicated to providing quality performances to our community and a place for musicians from all walks of life a creative outlet to pursue their passions. However, it takes funding to continually offer our community the musical and artistic outlet they deserve. Thus, our donors, patrons, volunteers and community members are recognized as an integral part of what makes up the IV Symphony. It is the local community that we rely on to sustain a large portion of our organizational expenses through monetary contributions. From the orchestral scores to the brilliant guest artists the grace the stage, The Imperial Valley Symphony relies on donations to make all components of an orchestral experience possible. Through your generous contributions, the Imperial Valley Symphony can continue to provide concerts that are free to the public. In addition, these donations provide an active scholarship program including an annual Young Artists' Competition, private music study scholarships, and scholarships for summer music camp. Since its inception, the IVSA has given over $72,700 in music scholarships to Valley music students.
